She was a Senior Program Manager with the Marketplace Growth team (now Strategic Account Services). Cathy has raised, trained and shown champion Doberman pinschers for 40 years.

Emanuela leads the monthly services team. She stays on top of critical performance metrics and ensures we secure every owed reimbursement, to keep our clients ahead of game. Emanuela’s background in e-commerce includes leading and empowering teams to work more efficiently. She loves to see a team take off on its own, become independent thinkers and problem solve together. Emanuela is a full-time foodie who loves to cook and create vegan dishes. She is also a long-time aficionado and teacher of the classical Pilates method.

When not helping clients save their Amazon accounts, Kayla can be found gardening or cooking with her two children and husband.
Leah is a core team member who was with Riverbend the day it launched. She oversees onboarding of new clients and employees. She also handles all administrative assignments and ensures that communication flows smoothly between consultants and clients. Leah is a proud mother, and when not at work, she volunteers with an Animal Rescue Group called Shelter2Rescue Coalition.

Adam has three years of Seller Support experience as an associate, lead and trainer. He has specialized in day-to-day operations, catalog inquiries, state and federal tax reviews, feeds, escalations, gating, and assisted with brand registry items. His down time is spent with his two cats and spouse enjoying streaming, gaming, pub crawls and house parties with friends.

Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and has been known to tell Dad jokes on occasion.
Sam applies her impressive tenacity to get Amazon seller accounts and ASINs reinstated. She enjoys research and looking beyond the surface layer to help sellers solve their issues. While working at Amazon, Sam was involved with the AWS and SES teams looking for fraudulent account activity and unauthorized account take over. Sam is an avid reader, urban explorer and friend to all dogs.

Victor comes to Riverbend with more than 25 years of sales experience. He spent more than two decades managing relationship in the financial services industry, where he navigated high-net-worth individuals, business owners and institutions through the capital markets. For the last four years, Victor built and developed a sales team at a digital advertising company. Victor has three young adult children and calls his wife the best teammate and partner. Together they enjoy motorcycle touring.
